OVERVIEW.
A 2D rogue-like RPG that blends cozy fishing mechanics with high-stakes time. Players must navigate a dynamic day-night cycle, complete NPC-driven missions, and catch fish to meet increasingly demanding daily financial quotas. Failure to meet the daily quota results in the player's boat being repossessed, creating a compelling risk-reward gameplay loop.

Key Contributions & Achievements
Team Leadership & Agile Project Management: Directed a cross-functional team of 6 developers and artists. Conducted skill assessments to strategically delegate tasks based on individual strengths and weaknesses, ensuring efficient sprint cycles and high-quality final deliverables.


Systems Design & Architecture: Architected and programmed the game’s core mechanics from the ground up. Designed the custom fishing combat system and the scalable mission system, seamlessly integrating them with the game's dynamic time and quota managers.

UI/UX Engineering & Implementation: Spearheaded the end-to-end UI/UX design. Engineered responsive, intuitive player interfaces-including dynamic end-of-day result screens, interactive mission logs, and audio-reactive menus-using DOTween for polished, professional screen transitions.
Quality Assurance & Technical Problem Solving: Acted as the final technical reviewer for the project.
